This episode is so entertaining with a million laugh out loud moments but it also has heart too and that’s what makes it perfect. The chemistry between Tennant and Tate is so natural and they pull off this silly story with style. I love it!! 

This episode is absolutely beautiful, it moves me so much every time I watch it. The music! That speech at the end!! And if only the current era had as many fun alien designs!!!

What a completely ridiculous finale, I love it. There’s nothing more camp than that ending Doctor Who? Doctor Who? Doctor Who?

This is my first introduction to Big Finish!

I was so impressed, the voice acting and sound effects are so immersive, I genuinely felt like I was
in the story. The audio format really works for this particular narrative - it was as if I was in the tomb along with the characters.

The best part of this for me is River’s characterisation. She is as brilliant as ever but with that little bit of heart too. I loved that her archeology background was used, I sometimes felt this was a missed opportunity in the show. And the relationship she had with Prim was so beautiful, I cried at the speech she gave to her -I have been in a tomb all my life. I think that the emotional side to River is so impactful here because it’s so rarely seen.

I also thought the dialogue was very witty and it made me laugh out loud more than once. The narrative got a bit slow near the end but the story itself was really engaging. I will definitely be listening to more of these!

Lots of interesting ideas thrown in here, some better than others. The Rani and her relationship with Mrs Flood and her motivations were the best part of this.Plus the Rogue comeback! I adored it!

I think Belinda and the Doctor suffered from poor writing here. There were so many different things happening at once that their characterisation suffered a lot.

I enjoyed the Osgood content but the plot was just a bit… meh.

I thought this was the perfect story. It looks amazing, the plot was so unique and it has a lot of heart too. This works so well in a comic format. The boneless reveal was fab too and made so much sense!! I wasn’t expecting it at all.

This was so so fun, familiar concepts were used in such refreshing ways. The dynamic between Twelve and Clara was really entertaining and I loved the softness at the end.
