This is part of a series of reviews of Doctor Who in chronological timeline order. Previous Story: Hive of Horror I found the Doctor's characterisation a bit off here. He's weirdly rude to Mrs Wibbsey and dismisses her wanting to go back to her own time fairly easily. Other than that though it was a fairly good story, it sets up what seems to be a very interesting mystery. While I did enjoy the campfire-story format of Hornets' Nest I'm glad this one shifts to a more traditional format. As a side note I really like the cover for this one, it has a lot of thought put into it and looks great compared to Big Finish's often generic style.
