Good continuation of Izzy's arc, and I enjoy the concept of the villain, I just don't think it lives up to the potential of the opening.

This review contains spoilers!

This is one of a few “artist baddies” I’ve read in Doctor Who comics over the years. All have tremendous potential and are aesthetically interesting but ultimately fall a bit flat. Not sure why.

The Day of the Dead is a wonderful place for the recently transformed Izzy to end up. I am impressed that they haven’t undone that transformation yet!!

I learnt a little bit about Frida Karlo as well, so Doctor WHO is still meeting it’s educational remit!!
