I’m sorry but making Brax a dragon is like the most low hanging fruit comparison ever. Also why did pre-dragon!Brax kill Leela??? If Narvin and Romana haven’t been able to deal with the threat of dragon!Brax before, what makes them think sending Narvin ALONE (with a chained up Brax that they didn’t know if they can trust yet, who is pretty much straight up a liability) would change anything?

The plot holes are just a bit too much for me to enjoy this episode and also I feel it wasted what could potentially be a really fun premise…I did like the part where brax reminisces about feeling rain though, and there were a couple of good character moments here and there but overall 2/10.

I love Brax and this was just such a great story for him. I loved this era of Gallifrey, so to revisit it was lovely and through the eyes of Brax on this other universe. I really liked the innovation for Narvin and the other Brax, unexpected tbh!

loved it! Brax is just such a character, and it’s really just 30 minutes of who he is and I love that. Sir Narvin and the Leela/Narvin content is much appreciated. A really interesting alternate Gallifrey!

Miles Richardson just carries the whole thing as Brax. His voice elevates any plot.

They always found one another, didn't they? Romana, and Narvin, and Leela; always together in some combination. An enclave of familiarity against the vastness of time.
