📝6/10 = MIDDLING!

Time Lording through time and space, one victory at a time! This time: showtime of the Daleks, part IV!

Part 4 sees the Daleks and the Mechanoids join forces against the Entity. The Dalek Emperor and the Mechanoid Queen assess the situation while the Mechanoids gather their forces, and we finally hear the Entity address the Daleks. The Strategist keeps playing his own game. There’s a bit more tension and action present in this episode, but it doesn’t do much in terms of narrative development.

The Emperor is finally feeling some heat as the Mechanoids decide to give him over to the Entity, only for the Strategist to banish it back to its own reality, after which the Mechanoids declare war on the Daleks.

It's a pity the Entity remains so ambiguous and is never properly seen or encountered in this series, as it seems to be the strongest link this series has to the wider Time Lord Victorious event.

The Dalek Strategist and Emperor really carry this series.  With their cool designs and actually well-written consistent personalities, these two stand out among a race that is all too often homogeneous and sometimes even a little boring.  They are pretty refreshing though, even if the story itself kind of feels like it is winding down, rather than building to a climax.  The Entity was kind of unremarkable as the Dalek's enemy, but at least the Mechanoids remain fun.  I didn't realize they'd be sticking out but they two have a couple of good characters in the Blue Queen and Red Scientist.

This is the fourth part of the animated webcast Daleks! and can be found on YouTube.

The ruthlessness of the Daleks becomes evident here, as their plans are revealed. They lured the entity to the Mechanoid world in order to force them to find a way of defeating it.

The Daleks seem to be down to their last two members: the Emperor and the Strategist. Again, with the last part its a little talkie, though towards the end you do wonder whether the Emperor is going to make it out alive.

Its is more of the same, since it carries on directly from the last episode. Its the reveal of the Daleks real plan that for me, is highlight of the plot.

I would have liked this series to have been fleshed out more, its nice enough but I have the feeling a more griping story could have been told.

This episode is very good as it continues the storyline of the Mechanoids and the Daleks. I thought I would never see them again, but indeed, I did. I was sad that the wheeled pepper pot was partly destroyed. The story is getting more and more interesting.

Wow, what an epic episode!

The animation has improved significantly, and the fight against the Entity with the Daleks and Mechanoids was thrilling to watch.

The Emperor Dalek certainly looked very rusty at the end, and it will be

The Mechanoids are great characters. I wish there was a little more information on what the Entity was but I enjoyed this episode regardless.
