I don't know if a charity short needs an upskirt joke in it. It's a joke about a husband looking up his wife's skirt so it's not that offensive, but it is just so strange to include that for something called "Children in Need." In a four minute short it takes up a lot of the run time and the rest is used to set up a TARDIS within a TARDIS dilemma explored in the minisode "Time."
