Intensely atmospheric, with an eerie and spooky beginning. The opening premise, characters, and mystery pulls you in, and layers are added to the intrigue continually, keeping the momentum flowing, questions sparkling, and myself suitably thrilled. As the Static becomes explained, and the layers unravel, I don't think it fully reaches its potential, but it doesn't ruin a strong, atmoshperic beginning and approach to the story.
