There’s a magnificent amount of vocal talent on show here - I tried to list the outstanding cast and realised I’d named all of the main actors.
The ending doesn’t quite work which is a shame - as splitting the Masters into pairs is very clever but it doesn’t make a whole let of sense when they are all brought back together.
However, I could happily listen to a further three hours of these characters just bickering.
I had to check three times that I didn’t have the chapters on shuffle as I can’t make head nor tail of this story jumping randomly between a garden party and an attack on a spaceship.
someone with more patience than me may find the pay off worth it.
The production of this episode is great and the voice cast do a very good job.
But the payoff if terrible, there’s a subplot that goes nowhere and a twist at the end only makes sense if you are listening to all of the stories in order.
