EXTREMELY my kind of story. I have so much to praise about this story: the narrative, the ensemble, the tone, the setting, the twists. It's basically perfect in every way.

Another fantastic 3DA with a very unique tone. Very captivating cast. I doubt that it will ever happen, but I hope that Mother comes back at some point as a recurring villain.

I was hesitant when I heard that the entire 9DA run was companionless, but without companions, the characters of the week get a lot more focus. We wouldn't have characters like Fred, who I absolutely ADORED here.

Not to repeat myself every review, but my god is Christopher Eccleston charming. He really plays well with the cast here. I really like the portrayal of depression here, especially in the performance from Damian Lynch.

Now THIS is a Ninth Doctor story. I liked Ravagers well enough, but this story really made remember just why I loved the Ninth Doctor so much. Christopher Eccleston is just endlessly captivating. Loved this.

Given that Ravagers is structured more like one big story than three small stories, I don't have much to add from my last two posts. I liked Ravagers a lot more than I expected! Not as bad as people make it out to be!

Ravagers is more of a three-part story than three individual stories. Reminds me of Charlotte Pollard Volume 2, which I also liked. But yeah, I'm still really liking Ravagers! Nova is a fun character.

I've always heard for so long about how bad the first volume of the 9DA's are... and I understand this sentiment, but I still quite liked this first story! I thought it was neat!

A fun romp with an older Vicki! It's basically just The Chase again, but the Chase was fun. Also lmaaaaaao at the ending. Brilliant retcon.
