On one hand, it's hysterical seeing Sylvia subjected to the Doctor's antics. On the other, it is deeply terrifying how she treats him after he gets touched by the plant, and while she did seem to learn her lesson by the end (whether she consciously realized it or not), it is so hard to listen to her berate him for not remembering things and being upset with him and it really underscores the message of the entire story and of how we treat the elderly.

I can't believe they actually made Donna's mom do something cool

This one takes a while to get going and not a whole lot happens in it to be honest, but it's told from Sylvia's perspective which is interesting
