There a lot of ideas jostling for space in this comic: giant robots controlled by children destroying the local population; a charming elderly lesbian romance; benevolent dictatorships. It all hangs together in a sweet way. The art style could have done with more pops of colour. I don’t always find, when Doctor Who comics do other worldly stories, that they have the vibrancy of stories set in the past or a contemporary setting. This is an example of that slight disconnect for me. Like Liked 0
