Quite a whimsical entry, bringing together Steven and Vicki. There's quite a magical feel to this one, with the pair 'wishing' for the Doctor to return to them again, and then hearing the First Doctor's laugh. I'm still a bit mixed on The Time Meddler. My thoughts are that it doesn't expand on its brilliant premise of a monk who interferes with history quite as much as it could, and that it's a story that would have been better executed in the Moffat era.
