It was written by Steven Savile. It featured the Sixth Doctor and Peri. The title is probably a play on Alfred Bester's classic science fiction novel The Stars My Destination, published as Tiger, Tiger in the UK. A really quite scary zombie story. It's about as Christmassy as the Walking Dead and hardly features the 6th Doctor or Peri as it is mostly from the point of view of one man as he battles through the pandemic. The initial symptom of a cough was a little too close for comfort for something I read during the pandemic but this was genuinely gripping and there's a good section where the man succumbs to the infection and we see this from 'inside his head', as it were. Putting Peri, an American, in a zombie film really fits and, although this really doesn't belong in a Christmas anthology, it was a really good read.
