Interesting developments in the Sontaran and Rutan war, but too epic without pauses to build character.

Twelves second DWM strip is a large scale story, featuring an interesting mix of nazis, sontarans and a rutan. Big and fun with some lovely art, some really good visuals here. The story moves quickly being only three strips long and doesn't drag.

This story is trying so hard to be as EPIC as possible that I was left craving some gentle character moments. The remote feeling of the constant upping of stakes left me a little cold.

I enjoyed the visual of Sontarons on camels in the desert. I also like the theme of the Nazis and Allied forces coming together to defeat a common enemy.

Doctor Who and the Sontarans meet Indiana Jones as we take on WWII Nazis in Egypt. Has some interesting takes on Rommel shall we say.
