My first audio narrated classic who story! I hated the recons, but don't want to wait for the animations, so decided to start with these. What better than the introduction of Jamie! Or so I thought... The narration works well in giving the listener an idea as to what's going on, as these were made for TV and lack certain dialogues that is provided on audiobooks or audio dramas. This felt rather bland, and falls into the Classic Who trope of the Doctor and co. being imprisoned which has been done to death. That being said, it is still nice that they shone a light on the history of my country in Classic Who! I need more Scotland in Doctor Who!!
