This is part of a series of reviews of Doctor Who in chronological timeline order.

Previous Story: The Helm of Awe

Feels like if the Hinchcliffe-Holmes era had no budget constraints (though that's mainly due to the format).

An interesting story, it drags a bit towards the middle but it picks up pace. It's different to hear the Doctor be vulnerable, and have to rely on his companion.

Acted solidly by the cast for the most part however at times the main villain felt a bit pantomime however I misheard "Fendahl" a couple of times and was confused.
