Rating this 8/10, I found this to be a solid, strong Second Doctor story, a fairly dark one for this Tardis Team, for they are all put through some quite traumatic events in a story that deals vary directly with war and death, much more brutal than the average Who story, though having read a few of Lyons other novels, this is standard for him. And one that raises the question of whether the Doctor can change events, big or small.
