The concept is peculiar and almost psychedelic: the Doctor finds himself in the dreamlike hallucination of a crew member of a spaceship. Unfortunately, the plot unfolds in a very matter-of-fact way—step one, step two, step three—without enough space to develop any real twists or tensions. There simply isn’t enough room to fully explore or elevate the idea.
