Weird that the Ood already is saying stuff about the beast, but cool to see the mission being assigned

TARDISODE 8

An overlit meeting room, where Captain Walker is given his mission to locate the planet near the black hole, while an Ood warns of the coming of the Beat. The acting isn't the best, and this feels somehow very clumsy, but it is another bit of backstory to the main episode.

Very middle of the road, but it does a great job serving as a prequel to the episode itself, showing us a couple of characters that are referenced in the episode or just make sense to exist.

It teases what's coming, but without giving anything away, and builds intrigue.

Solid, but nothing special.

It breaks my Heart rating this so low when it has an Ood, but there is just something about the acting here that feels so off. I can't really articulate it, but it almost feels like neither of those two Actors wanted to be there, and you can feel it.

One of my least favorites out of the bunch.
