TIME LORD VICTORIOUS: STORY 13 (Comic Creator: Comic 2)

This is probably the strangest TLV story I've experienced so far.

Tales of the Dark Times was a comic accessible on the Doctor Who Comic Creator app.

It's split into a few parts, although each part focuses on something different.

This all results in a very confusing jumble of characters and locations that just about holds itself together.
