Nothing much happens. A group of people are worshipping a space squid as some sort of God, there's a security team onboard a space station trying to deal with them, the Doctor manages to slip them out of the influence and save the day. The most notable thing about this issue is Kevin the Dinosaur leaving as companion, but he only lasted two stories including his debut anyway, so it's not particularly exciting.
