There's some brilliant 'Alien' style body horror with parasites being vomited up which kills their hosts. I also really enjoy the water hag as an alien - she's interesting and hard to defeat. My only real complaint is that it takes a long time to build up then everything happens very quickly so it comes across as feeling slightly rushed.
