A fun throw back to the Fourth Doctor era. But one that lacks substance. Like Liked 0 19 May 2024 · 144 words Review by thedefinitearticle63 Spoilers 1 This review contains spoilers! This is part of a series of reviews of Doctor Who in chronological timeline order. Previous Story: The Age of Sutekh What a story. Full of tension and tragedy. The scene at the end where they all chant as they fly to their deaths was haunting. I liked the autopilot, it felt similar to Gus from 'Mummy on the Orient Express'. I think the twist villain was a little bit flat but he served his purpose in the story. Overall the story just highlights how tragic these sorts of things are, they truly are just a waste and I sympathise with the Doctor not being able to save them. Leela's little moment at the end about how her people and her ancestors are not that different is quite poignant. Next Story: The Dalek Protocol Like Liked 1
