The story has much more to tell yet it cuts off before any interesting concepts or morality can be explored. A fun throw back to the Fourth Doctor era. But one that lacks substance.

Previous Story: The Age of Sutekh

What a story. Full of tension and tragedy. The scene at the end where they all chant as they fly to their deaths was haunting. I liked the autopilot, it felt similar to Gus from 'Mummy on the Orient Express'. I think the twist villain was a little bit flat but he served his purpose in the story. Overall the story just highlights how tragic these sorts of things are, they truly are just a waste and I sympathise with the Doctor not being able to save them. Leela's little moment at the end about how her people and her ancestors are not that different is quite poignant.
