This set has done some interesting things with Davros and this episode is no exception. Here its Davros vs the Daleks or perhaps the Dalek Time Strategist each believing they should control the fate of the Daleks. There is great line by the Strategist where he talks about Davros - whether you'd let an ape lead you into battle.
