For a two minute prequel of an episode that's got a lot of problems, this was a remarkably effective little short piece. The Eleventh Doctor gets to be silly for a moment at a diner before we get some really creative shots of him on Skaro and a beach. It's all quite elaborate for something promotional, and the genuine dread Matt Smith shows once he realizes something is up was really well done. This is worth checking out for the curious!

The minisodes do what they need too

Another dramatic prequel ramping up hype ahead of the series opener. Unlike a lot of minisodes it feels comfortable flexing its muscles and going to relatively high effort with the visuals: you get Matt Smith in a tea room, spaceship and on a beach in the space of 2 minutes!
