The TARDIS prevents the death of Menoptera at the mercy of Zarbi and their larvae guns.  The various Vortis aliens are depicted faithfully but this is quite a different story to The Web Planet.  There is no suggestion the Doctor has been to Vortis prior to this story.  It's an interesting curiousity but only the first part of a two parter.

Decided to do all 16 stories of these I think there basically Ian 1st and Barbara stories the final 2 retell the webplanet with just those 3 but over all there not the best but I think if I was from the 1960s I’d love them
