I'd seen that infamous shot from More than a Messiah, and because of it I wasn't really expecting much from the script but that was genuinely just so heartfelt and well acted, with some interesting sci-fi concepts in there too.

Baker and Bryant are great (not technically but lets be honest they're actually just) returning to their roles, and Aldred is great as the planet's consciousness, I love her interactions with Baker here. I also think the side-cast is pretty solid too, you've got a believable 'villain' who eventually ends up seeming like just a mentally unwell older man.

There's a lot of heart to the story, and it's one of those wilderness exploits that I've surprised myself by how much I've enjoyed it

This one was excellent, I know early BBV gets a bad rep from Modern BBV (which is fair), that said this one really worked for me. While at times it could be a bit confusing, unlike its first Entry, I think this was much more cohesive. Aldred was excellent in her Role, and I really liked to see her with Colin together. Colin is yet again a Standout, a lot of his Lines here really feel like (peak) Sixth Doctor to me! Oh and Nicola, how can I not mention her? Her as Mrs. Brown is quite lovely, I feel bad for her in this one.

Oh, did I mention the Guy who played Nyder is here? No? Well he was great too. Honestly, every (outside that wounded Student Guy?) were excellent. While the script wasn't perfect, it was quite a creative Idea and I think they pulled it off nicely! The green sky is quite silly, but I can't lie, it has some charm to it.

Overall, if you want to give any of the Stranger a go, this is easily the best one (granted I haven't seen all of them, but I doubt they would beat this). Now i can see why some People wouldn't like this as much, but also have you considered shirtless Colin?! No? Then think again!!

Just so baffled. So many questions. What was going on here? Why did this happen? Who woke up and said “I can finally make my Six/Ace slash pairing canon?”

It was competently shot at least. Back when Bill knew the people who had the sauce. Most modern BBV makes this look like the Mona Lisa.

Good concept, abysmal execution. Unfortunately I did not connect with this story whatsoever.

I lowkey had fun with this one, both because Sophie Aldred was there and because of some of the concepts it played with. But it struggled (as BBV always seems to do). Overall 3/5.

I did not know what was going on; I'm not sure there was any actual plot.

Two stars for shirtless Colin.

3.5/5, a pretty decent piece of film. Humans and capitalism and tourism ARE a disease that destroy the mind and the planet!!! Corporate culture kills!! Go off Nigel Fairs!!!
