The second Eaglemoss Figurine story delves deeper into Dalek commanders, scientists, time travel, and saucers before delivering the short story Mission to the Known. Here, we follow the Dalek Scientist, Commander, and Executioner as they experiment on ancient races before the Dalek Emperor gives them new orders: to destroy Gallifrey before the Time Lords are created.

This is a small but pretty enjoyable piece of the TLV story, and it feels like an important cog in the machine for the final stretch of the event. However, this entire scene appears in All Flesh is Grass as well, albeit slightly altered, and the ending of it spoils the main twist in the novel.
