I absolutely love the idea that Time Lord genetics are as malleable as embryos, and that this is susceptible to manipulation. It is a clever expansion on pre-existing lore that made something in my brain click. There is a fantastic energy and momentum to this story. The Dalek’s plan is intelligent and inventive.
