Made of Steel, a Ten and Martha tale by Mister Terrance Dicks, was released as a ‘Quick Reads’ novel. These books have a small page count and large print text. Thankfully, while the book has a basic prose style, the story itself is as fun and exciting as we expect from Doctor Who. The plot ties in nicely with Army of Ghosts/Doomsday, with a small group of Cybermen who didn’t get sucked into the Void. Overall, a fun and simple book, although it doesn’t really make an impact.
