This is basically an advert for a Series, which legally speaking they couldn't really do anything by the Time this was released. Yeah, the Backstory surrounding the legal rights about it are much more interesting than this.

Barely a Story, and Baggs Reading is super monotone.

This is a straight up advertisement, but it's slight and inoffensive, unlike 90% of these files. Being reminded the Brigadier exists and I could be watching Doctor Who is borderline painful.

Bland, and an advert!

This is just a not-so subtle ad for BBV's Brigadier adventures

Knowing some of the behind the scenes legal issues around that range makes me already not a fan of this, talking so highly about the character but not paying properly to use him, and then on top of that, this is just another talking to camera
