Wow this was just brilliant. I didn't realize I would miss 10 & Rose this much but they're just brilliant here. It's like Tennant and Billie never left.

Also I love the idea behind the villains. The concept is really good. And it was nice to see that good old 10 rage again.

I like that the ep didn't get too meta and just had those elements for the alien characters. But then..

"Who would watch a show about me?" 😂😭

Fantastic concept, delivery and performances. A sparkling script utilising the casts chemistry well, and the story I loved - think it's such a great idea I'm surprised hasn't been done before. Great stuff

This story is wonderfully cosy. For all the fuss made about the Tenth Doctor and Rose, they actually don’t spend as much time on screen together, certainly not as much as their cultural impact might suggest. So it’s lovely to have another regular adventure featuring the pair.

That said, the aliens’ plans are quite obvious - the audience is well ahead of the Doctor in figuring things out. However, it’s still a fun story, and most of the jokes land well.

I especially appreciated Jackie Tyler’s inclusion alongside Rose and the Doctor. She ends up being my favourite part of the story, even with several of her lines are lifted directly from the TV series. Jackie brings an added layer of charm to the production.

Overall, I found this to be a delightful and charming story - definitely worth your time.

Now this is just plain excellent. The race for fame and the scumbag producers are put on a whole new level in this story. It's a very simple yet working analogy that grows more relevant with each day, I believe. Very well said. 5/5
