Time Lording through time and space, one victory at a time! VICTORY XXII The final Eaglemoss story sheds light on Dalek Executioners and the Strategist. We also learn the anatomy of the Dalek gun stick. The short story is a neat little piece of the Dalek Strategist stuck in the Time Vortex and contemplating the nature of its failed plan.
