Synopsis

Before the fall of Project: Rassilon, the Regenerators of Gallifrey committed atrocities upon their slaves in the name of science. As Leela discovers the results of one such crucible, Romana and Narvin are pushing forward ways to discover the secrets of time travel, and jump-start their new Gallifrey's evolution.

However, science isn't always the way forward, and in a society built upon the foundations of amorality and fear, a backward step may be the only solution...

Honestly, the idea isn't bad - Roman is trying to fund experiments with time travel.
But towards the end, there was action with the prototype and... I got lost. In the characters and their actions. They gave extra development to Lila and Narvin, but still.
The concept isn't bad, but I got lost.

However, at the end, there is an intriguing teaser that perhaps our dream team might be able to return home...

NARVIN: Knowing how the technology was acquired and the cost to those poor people, would you really want to use it?

ROMANA: You’ve changed. Once you’d have considered slaves beneath contempt.

NARVIN: Travel. Broadens the mind.
