One of the strongest Past Doctor Adventures. The plot was engaging, and the machinations of the various characters kept me on edge throughout. I do love it when Troughton gets involved in an intrigue. All of the main cast had plenty to do, and I especially enjoyed the mention of Victoria's ongoing trauma arc and the Doctor being so delighted to visit the observatory. 10/10
