This is part of a series of reviews of Doctor Who in chronological timeline order. Previous Story: Doctor Who and the Iron Legion (Audio Adaptation) I wish Big Finish did more comic strip adaptations as they've proved to be a delight to listen to. This one is especially fun, the cast is excellent. The Meep is fittingly voiced and captures the insanity of the Meep very well. Fudge and Sharon are great side characters and I especially like how they hint at Sharon's adventures with the Doctor at the end instead of leaving it as an open ending. The Meep's desperate pleading was quite funny and in-character too. This is probably my preferred version of The Star Beast, though I will have to read the comic to compare.
