Previous Story: Order of the Daleks

This is... alright. I don't think you can really get a story any more generic than this. It's a pretty typical base-under-siege style story set on a colony world getting attacked by giant insects. Not sure what the point of the Season 6B stuff was, I found it really difficult to care about this implied past companion and I think the story suffers from trying to make you go "wow! it's Season 6B!" rather than telling any half-interesting plot. Just a bit disappointing really.
