Not with a bang, but a whimper. Celestial Intervention kick-starts the Time War chronologically, so I’ll be starting from here. This story, while a tad dull, wasn’t meant to be exciting. This one’s more intended to demonstrate the strain relationship between the CIA and the War Council. It doesn’t feel like a lot happens, but I think that was intentional.
