This one comes with a mini-story taking place through the newly recorded footage for it, a young boy reading a book about the Vashta Nerada, with words on the pages being the sake as the ones Jack's speaking.

The words changing and melding, the talk about how the vashta nerada come from trees and that they could live inside books after the tree has been processed.

It's not exactly a horror short, but I could definitely see it frightening kids, and have to commend it for leaning into those vibes.

Plus the implication at the end that the boy we're following is inside the library's computer alongside River and that, it's a fun idea, especially hearing Alex Kingston's voice.
