"You're safe with people on the new adipose diet" is... a choice of something to say in this. Admittedly it does show The Master as an example of a skinny politician who's also evil, and talks about how the slitheen have gotten better tech so can disguise themselves as skinny people too, but still. Overall this mostly leans into the slitheen being fat people who fart a lot and how any fat person who farts could be an evil monster. It's not great.
