Because yeah, without that, this is a pretty boring 'story'. There's not really any information you're getting here that you wouldn't from just watching the episode. If you want to learn about the adipose and be entertained, watch Partners in Crime, if you want to learn a lot of faces about the Adipose, read the wiki.
