Love the characterisation of the fam in this one, and 13! It really feels like dialogue plucked from this era. Interesting villain, great design and some nice depth to the side characters!

The Thirteenth Doctor #4

'A New Beginning' (2019) from Titan Comics.

I was rather pleasantly surprised with this. All of the characters are captured reasonably well, especially The Doctor's way of speaking. The story is fun to experience as it goes along, and The Hoarder is a nice enough villain. I especially love the moment when the gang all drinks tea together, feels very genuine to the universe while also being very much a Thirteen thing to do. Her character in general is very nicely handled through this story, and I look forward to seeing it get more fleshed out across other EU hopefully.
