Previous Story: Wirrn Isle
I love a good timey-wimey story but this is too much. I genuinely have no idea what just happened and I'm not sure even a flowchart would help. I wouldn't say it's the good kind of timey-wimey, all the twists and reveals are really unsatisfying when you don't actually understand them.
I'm beginning to get a bit tired of Jonathan Morris' "you can't change history" plotline. It normally makes for good drama but it feels really forced here and ultimately meaningless, it's not like this moment will ever get explored in Flip and the Doctor's relationship and next to stories like Arrangements for War hearing the Sixth Doctor say that you can't change time once it's been written just sounds dumb.
Overall, I really wish I could like this one because I absolutely love this kind of story but it's too complex (and/or poorly written) and also has some really annoying moments that bring it down.
