What an underwhelming episode... no wonder this is commonly voted as the worst Fourth Doctor story.

The Fourth Doctor and Leela spend ages walking in front of a green screen. I was not interested by their adventure at all - the time travellers wander around for a bit whilst the side characters argue for 75 minutes, and they didn't really need to be in this at all. Part 1 was okay, with the pacifier being tested on Leela, showing its power, but it was a useless plot point. And I have absolutely no idea what the hell K-9 was doing. The best part of the episode, however, came from episode 4, when the Doctor, Leela and Idas were caved in, and the Doctor just pings the race banks, causing Leela to just stare at him and say "What are you doing?!" The final scene was a bit of fun and showcases the TARDIS trio perfectly - NEGATIVE!

I don't get what all the fuss was about. The R1C landed and everyone wanted to kill them for some reason, until Part 4 and they were like "Let's give them the Race Banks" but then not really. The culture of the Seers and the guards was a bit lame.

To be honest, I don't really want to talk about the rest because I can conclude it all here. They had 100 minutes to fill, and I don't feel enriched by anything throughout the story. The CSO work was atrocious, the music was stupid, the characters were boring and one-dimensional, and I'm certainly not going back to this story again.
