Review of Uncanny Valley by connorpurnell99

Neil: Why are you doing this?

NJ: Because I can.

I don't really know why, but I'm a sucker for these stories that have gimmicky framing devices. The way Neil recounts this story is inherently interesting to me, not only because of his nature as an unreliable narrator, but because of how Jack goes about coaxing the information out of him in the first place.

NJ is a pretty engaging antagonist that shows a real sadistic streak, despite being completely monotone in his delivery. But all in all, the story is just okay. It's not  a plot that exactly sets the world on fire, but the journey is relatively enjoyable for the duration, so do with that, what you will.
