The first half of this story is extremely 60's who, with the Doctor and Steven wandering around in a historical setting and getting involved with an impending catastrophe. This particular historical event I am not familiar with, so it was interesting to learn about the disaster. The second part is quite harrowing in moments for Steven especially, he's put through the wringer. The reunion scene with the Doctor is honestly quite touching, and highlights how close the pair really are despite how they may bicker sometimes. Both Purves and Noonan are on top form in this release.
