The Waters of Mars was the first time I was genuinely terrified by the way a doctor who villain looked. The makeup and sfx team did an amazing job. During the timelord victorious speech a part of the "bad wolf" theme plays and the implications of that drive me insane. Whilst this is a typical base under siege story the antagonist is intriguing enough to make the story compelling. Overall another brilliant entry into the Russell T. Davies smear campaign against big holes.
