This is one of my favorite IDW comics. It may be pretty fanwank-y, combining elements from Timelash, Talons and Tooth and Claw, but the story is very charming and the art is fantastic. The atmosphere is great and the H.G. Wells prose is gorgeous. The Talons of Wheng-Chiang stuff is the least necessary / interesting but it gives the villain suitable motivation and the way the Doctor outsmarts him is a great punchline.
