The 6th's Doctors first time meeting the Brigadier - and that's about where interest dries up. Spectre of Lanyon Moor is a largely forgettable story, and isn't a great first proper outing for Evelyn. The novelty of 6 and the Brigadier is nice, but unless you're actively looking for that, this story is largely skippable.
