A beautiful story about love and loss, about depression and forgiveness, and about killer plants because this is Torchwood.

The plot itself was fairly obvious from the start but the dialogue is superb and so lifelike.

That moment when you realise this is set just before Doomsday, I had such a sinking feeling. I thought it would end without them reconciling. But in some ways it was even worse for them to finally reconnect just before Yvonne’s death. 

Wow, that was touching, and a story that will stay with me.

Also: when the neighbour got his age mixed up I totally thought he was some kind of evil alien impersonating the human… perhaps there is a sequel here.
